Frequent Asked Questions

Does the Club control how many people are on one ranch?

Yes, the Club uses a reservation system to not only keep the quality of each member's experience high-but to manage the pressure and harvest numbers of the game on each ranch.

How do you keep the general public off of the private land leased to the Club?

Each ranch is patrolled and is heavily posted on the perimeter. The Club has longstanding relationships with most ranch owners and local law enforcement as well. Access points to the lands are tightly controlled and check in and check out is required.

Is Camping Allowed?

Primitive camping is allowed on most of the ranches. Tent or R.V.'s are welcome but there are no toilets or running water.  All members are required to pack in and out EVERYTHING. The camping experience is family oriented and safe.

Are ATV's or Electric Bikes allowed?

There are “NO” ATV's or Electric Bikes allowed on ANY of the Club ranches. Most ranches have easy accessibility with a 2-wheel drive vehicle. All vehicles MUST stay on established roads on all ranches, no off-roading allowed.

Can I bring a dog to the ranch?

Yes, It’s ranch specific, but most ranches do allow them.

Do you have Archery only properties?

Yes, the Club has several archery only properties.

Is this a Family Membership?

Yes!  A Club membership includes the primary member, spouse/ significant other and any dependent children.  There are also guest privileges, depending on the Membership and the game pursued.

Can a Member make payments to the Club for the Annual Dues?

Yes, the Club does offer a very specific deposit and payment plan for members to choose from. These details will be covered thoroughly if you choose to meet with a Club coordinator to discuss the Club memberships and the possibility of an application to join.

Can anyone join the Club?

Nobody just joins the Club!  The Club screens all prospective members. The screening committee for the Club reviews each candidate and will also conduct a background check.  If approved, the membership is usually activated within 7-10 days. Each year a limited number of Club memberships are available.

How do I access ranches after becoming a member?

Call the reservation office to book your trip and we will give you all necessary information. We recommend reservations be in advance if possible, but even a day or two before is usually enough. A member can only hold one reservation at a time, so no double booking.

Are any longtime members given priority on opening weekend ballot, access to duck blinds or campsites?

No member is given priority. As a new member, you will have the same standing as anyone else. While we do have different types of memberships, we do not have different classes of members. All members are given the same privileges and reservation decisions are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
